I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications, the order would need to be cancelled and a new order would need to be placed. Contact us here: email@example.com
I just placed my order. Can I add another item to it?
Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an existing order.

What if I bought an item and I'd like to return it?
You are eligible to return your item up to 30 days from your purchase date.
To return an item, it must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
We cannot return the following:
- CD/Vinyl Record that has been opened
- Flammable Liquids (such as lighters)
- Sale Items, only regular priced items will be refunded
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase date
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs on the original order are non-refundable. If you qualify for a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email with the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for the exchange.
I returned my item and was approved for a refund, but have not seen it on my bank statement?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
